CRM 2011 : Resource Center Help (Online and On-Premise)

Whilst there are lot of reliable resources on the web on “How-To’s” of Dynamics CRM, many of us really don’t bother to have a look at the Resource Center Articles of the new Dynamics CRM.

It covers anything from the basics of using/configuring/programming the system with the help of step-by-step instructions, articles, documentations and videos which helps us to get what we wanted without leaving the CRM screen (Isn’t it a great deal for us ?).

More Importantly, the newly updated RC allows you to see the contents based on your security role… which means your sales people will no more see the contents for administration or development instead only what they hold permissions for.
