Roll-up 11 with MS outlook 2010
If you have ISV customizations in your CRM deployment and using outlook 2010, there is a problem displaying ISV menu’s in outlook client but with web client it works fine.
Microsoft has confirmed this as a bug and there will be a fix soon, but there is a workaround for this,
Edit your registry entries to add this value in your client…
[HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftMSCRMClient]
Add the following DWORD key : “InitToolbarForO14” and set the value to “1”
Doing this will have your existing and new menus.
